Invoicing and Payments

The prices of Goods and Services displayed on the website www.grillmaster.es include VAT according to the current legislation.

The price, payment method, and payment terms are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer for the goods and services delivered, and it is the Buyer’s obligation to provide all necessary information for invoice issuance in accordance with the current legislation.

The Seller will transmit to the Buyer the invoice related to the order containing goods and/or services sold exclusively in electronic format, by adding the invoice to the Buyer’s account or by email, to the email address provided by the Buyer in their account.

For proper communication of the invoice related to the order, the Buyer is responsible for updating their account information whenever necessary and accessing the information and documents related to each order available in the account.

By placing the order, the Buyer agrees to receive invoices in electronic format by adding them to their Account or via email, to the email address mentioned in their account.

Payment methods:

You can make online payment with your personal or company card, with complete security. Your card details will not be stored by the processor, as they are secured and encrypted.

To make the payment, you need to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV2/CVC2 code (the last three digits on the back of the card).

By bank transfer. In this case, the delivery of the products will be made after receiving the payment in the account corresponding to the respective order.

In case of product returns, the refund will be made to the account used for the payment of the order.
