The above costs apply only to shipments made within Romania.
For legal and logistical reasons, palletized goods weighing more than 10kg cannot be sent via cash-on-delivery courier and require prepayment for both the goods and transportation, or personal pickup from our location at Crevedia Logistic Park, in which case only the goods need to be prepaid, and transportation will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the products, the buyer is obliged to check their correctness in terms of quality and quantity, as well as to report any issues on the same day.

Legal Basis
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, you have the right to return the products purchased through a distance contract with a professional, without stating reasons, within 15 calendar days from receiving the package.
How to return the products?
According to G.E.O. 34/2014, “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 15 calendar days from receiving the product.”
To exercise your right to return the products, it is sufficient to inform us of your intention through an unequivocal statement, on a durable medium: an email or through the contact form.
Return Conditions
The products must be returned in the same condition as received by the customer, with the original packaging and all accessories intact, so that they can be resold as new.
If the products requested for return have the following characteristics: damaged or dirty packaging, incomplete content, signs of wear, scratches, dents, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, Rami Wheels SRL reserves the right to decide, as appropriate, whether to accept or refuse the return.
Products that constitute a “special order,” defined as a product ordered by the customer with different colors, sizes, dimensions, and configurations than the standard products, cannot be returned.
Rami Wheels SRL does not recommend returning used or damaged products to avoid refusal of the return and payment of round-trip courier fees by the customer. If the products are returned in a condition where they can no longer be sold as new, Rami Wheels reserves the right to charge a fee to restore them to their original state (if possible) or, if applicable, to cover any losses caused by their damage.
Return Address for Products
Since the goods are shipped from multiple warehouses, please return the products to the address from which they were shipped, or contact Rami Wheels SRL at the phone number 0040785696979 or via email at in**@*********er.es to receive the return address.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The option regarding the method of returning the products to Rami Wheels SRL belongs entirely to the customer, who will directly bear the cost of return transportation, based on the prices charged by the chosen operator. Rami Wheels does not accept packages sent with cash on delivery. If the customer returns the products with the transportation cost paid by the recipient (in this case, Rami Wheels SRL), the latter reserves the right to refuse the receipt of the package(s) or to deduct the paid transportation cost from the customer’s balance, provided that the conditions for accepting the return are met.
Refund of the Product Value
If the return conditions are met, Rami Wheels will exclusively refund the value of the products, not the transportation cost to the customer.
The refund of the products accepted by Rami Wheels as a return will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of contract termination by the buyer. Rami Wheels will return the money paid by the buyer through a bank transfer: from Rami Wheels SRL’s account to the customer’s account (24-48 hours after payment processing). If the returned goods are part of the goods that can be paid upon delivery, the returned package must also contain the necessary details for the cash-on-delivery payment (name and surname, IBAN, and bank).15
