Legal Basis

According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, you have the right to return the products purchased through a distance contract with a professional, without stating reasons, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package.

How to return products?

According to E.O. 34/2014, “The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.”

To exercise your right to return the products, it is sufficient to inform us of your intention through an unequivocal statement on a durable medium: an email or through the contact form.

Return Conditions

The products must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer, with the packaging and all original accessories intact, so that they can be resold as new.

If the products to be returned exhibit the following characteristics: damaged or dirty packaging, incomplete content, signs of wear, scratches, dents, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, Rami Wheels SRL reserves the right to decide, as appropriate, whether to accept or refuse the return.

Products that constitute a “special order,” defined as products ordered by the customer with different colors, sizes, dimensions, and configurations compared to standard products, cannot be returned.

Rami Wheels SRL does not recommend returning already used or damaged products to avoid the refusal of the return and the payment of round-trip courier fees by the customer. If the products are returned in a condition where they cannot be sold as new, Rami Wheels reserves the right to request a fee to restore them to their initial state (if possible) or, as appropriate, to cover any losses caused by their deterioration.

Return Address

Since the goods are shipped from multiple warehouses, please return the products to the address from which they were dispatched or contact Rami Wheels S.R.L. at +40785696979 or via email at info@grillmaster.es to receive the return address.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The choice of the return method for the products to Rami Wheels SRL belongs entirely to the customer, who will directly bear the cost of the return shipping, based on the prices practiced by the chosen operator. Rami Wheels does not accept packages sent with cash on delivery. If the customer returns the products with shipping costs paid by the recipient (in this case, Rami Wheels S.R.L.), the latter reserves the right to refuse the receipt of the package/packages or to deduct the value of the paid transportation from the customer’s outstanding balance if the conditions for accepting the return are met.

Refund of the product value

If the return conditions are met, Rami Wheels exclusively refunds the value of the products, not the cost of their transportation to the customer.

The refund of the products accepted by Rami Wheels as a return will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract by the buyer. Rami Wheels will return the money paid by the buyer via bank transfer: from Rami Wheels SRL’s account to the customer’s account (within 24-48 hours of payment processing). If the returned goods are eligible for a cash-on-delivery payment, the returned package must also contain the necessary details for the reimbursement (name and surname, IBAN, and bank).
